Change, Sustain and Lead: Following the Thread of Our Lives

Following the thread of Nightingale’s Living Legacy, NMNA has a rich, diverse workshop planned for you! Join us as we explore the elements of Change, Sustainability and Leadership in Nursing.

We are excited to offer a rare opportunity to look at the health of NM; individual health and wellness, and tips for improving health in the workplace. Content will be provided by experts and includes nurses who have dedicated their careers to bringing health and well-being to nurses and the greater community. The workshop will include strategies that can be cultivated to manage stress, increase self-awareness, promote resiliency, self-regulation, optimism, empathy, and compassion for self and others. You will leave with self-care insights and work-related tools to share with your colleagues.

Registration closed April 28th! To register click here or for more information, please contact New Mexico Nurses Association Executive Director Deborah Walker: (505) 471-3324
