The New Mexico Center for Nursing Excellence champions and honors nurses and is a recognized leader and change agent in advancing innovative nursing education, practice, and work environment models. The  Center for Nursing Excellence convenes and facilitates dialogue and action that results in excellence in nursing education, practice and work environment.

The New Mexico Center for Nursing Excellence is a nonprofit organization funded through donations from partners and individuals, fundraising activities, and grants. NMCNE is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and contributions may be tax-deductible.
