2017 Nursing Excellence Awards

The purpose of the New Mexico Nursing Excellence Awards is to recognize excellence in nursing practice and honor nurses for the contributions they make to their organizations, communities, and the state.  Created by nurses for nurses, the Nursing Excellence Awards have honored over 2,300 New Mexico nurse nominees since its creation in 2005.

This year's event will take place Saturday, October 21 at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa.  Want tickets?  Just go to the Nursing Excellence Awards tab above.

Congratulations to the nearly 200 New Mexico nurses who have been nominated this year!  We invite you to RSVP for the October gala.

Healthcare Reform - What's going to happen?

We've invited Dr. Betty Rambur here to help us understand what might be coming down the road.  Her presentation Chaos, Politics and People's Lives: Health and Payment Reform Controversies and Considerations should prove to be a most informative discussion.  Read Dr. Rambur's recent article, "What's at Stake in US Health Reform: A Guide to the Affordable Care Act and Value-Based Care."

Join us on Friday, November 10th to hear about this very topical subject.  Register now.
